Pros

As an AE, the goals are very clear from the start. For someone who wants to work hard and grind away, this is a very straightforward position. My coworkers are extremely motivated and the management structure is great.

Cons

The product has become more difficult to sell over the past year. As the company diversifies its offerings, different business units canabalize each other.

Pros

This is a great company to work for if you are a recent college graduate or looking to make a career transition into the sales space. You will certainly learn a lot from the ongoing training, your director, and colleagues. Lots of perks: fully-stocked kitchen, happy hours, swag, company trips, etc.

Cons

The position itself can be monotonous and stressful. Your experience will largely depend on your director/team and the management style he/she employs. Expect to make 60 cold calls minimum per day. Strong pressure to meet and exceed sales quotas (which filters from the top down). As with many large sales-focused companies, there is high turnover.
