A large amount of people there do nothing, like all the tech companies. It's not their fault either. They're hired and given tiny amounts of work and have to attend multiple meetings about nothing. Clout chasing teammates obsessed with posting smug linkedin updates about how inclusive they are without actually doing anything long lasting to be inclusive. Far left liberal managers. Language is policed, more time is spend sharing pronouns and banning non gender inclusice words (like hey dude!) than doing actual work. I left indeed and took a 40% pay cut and shed my benefits in search for job satisfaction and purpose.
