Pros

The perks can almost not be beat! Indeed's HR team has made significant strides in maintaining a fun workplace and a fun culture. If you are early in your career, Indeed is a great option for you. There is a lot of encouragement to make lateral moves, especially as the company continues to grow.

Cons

Most of the career growth that happens only happens at a lateral level. If you want to work in one department for a year or more and then do the same thing, at the same level in a different department or a different team - great for you! If you are looking for more vertical growth, this is an area that where Indeed struggles.

Pros

Great people, great pay, very social environment. Laid back dress code. Tons of happy hours. Free hot breakfast every single day and catered free lunch once a week. Also new policy of Open PTO. Potential to make a lot of money.

Cons

Focus on unimportant metrics that work against actual productivity, like number of calls. The CRM isn't the strongest it could be. There is increasing competition over increasingly limited opportunity and there is disincentive from closing certain deals if they're not gamed in your favor.
