      My team has very down-to-earth people that are easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Good maternity leave and generous benefits. Great perks such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as free beer.

      Cons

      Bias toward engineering teams even despite technical expertise being dispersed among other teams as well.

      Pros

      It all comes down to the director as he/she is your General in battle day in and day out. If he/she is good, that helps your success. Also your team members. Training is good.

      Cons

      Leads are extremely hard to come by. Also the people at the top make a ton of money while the rest of the AEs are simply minions in a call center. They have made it tougher and tougher on AEs to make commission on deals. Quotas are increasing more than ever relative to years past.
