Pros
Indeed is by far the best company I've ever worked for. They are continuously taking steps to improve the organization and routinely asks employees for feedback. There are new initiatives being rolled out almost on a weekly basis from big things like Diversity/Inclusion to small like making a custom "Indeed" coffee grind. In fact, my office has one of the more diverse leadership teams I've seen at any company I've worked for. Last thing I'll say is that it's hard to find a company that has a better mission than indeeds, especially when your company's motto is "We Help People Get Jobs". - great benefits - unlimited PTO
Cons
Nothing real to report here. Every growing company is going to have some pains but in the grand scheme of things - we have it pretty good.
