Pros

Exciting times as the company is growing fast. Really great colleagues who get stuff done. Office design is very nice and so is the work life balance. Nice perks like unlimited paid time off, free food, happy hours, entertainment.

Cons

Some pains as the company is managing the growth. Looks like some star people have been hired in top leadership positions recently to manage this and hopefully they make it a priority and do a good job keeping people happy.

Pros

I have been presented a lot of opportunities to make impacts both in my working career as well as my colleague's success even without a management role. People have recognized my potential here and have really made my time here valuable.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

Unlimited PTO
 Breakfast and Lunch
 Good Health Insurance
Generally you have a lot of autonomy

Cons

Expect to be underpaid here, it's fairly common across most departments. Senior leadership seems to think the free food and unlimited PTO make up for this, but it doesn't. The extreme growth this company has experienced has caused major growing pains. Managers and directors seem more concerned with their own careers and completely unconcerned with how their employees are doing. Favoritism is rampant and noticeable. Hard work is overlooked and people who have less experience are promoted over diligent employees.
