The motto is good. The product has the potential to help people. Generally, employees are nice and helpful.

Cons

Too many reorgs, layoffs, priority changing. Almost feels like higher ups saving their job at the expense of others. People now need to work to save their jobs, rather than to make a great product. Not a good vibe. Office politics has started to creep in a little now
