Wildly incompetent management at nearly every level, coupled with rampant bullying and mobbing of those who pose some sort of perceived “threat.”
Managers, senior managers, and directors collectively foster a culture that favors shameless self-promotion and connections over possessing the skill set necessary to perform the core functions of the role, leading to a never-ending cycle of failed initiatives.
The level of toxicity is top-tier: blatant targeting and isolation of select employees cannot be understated.
Indeed's culture is not within the range of normal and expected workplace politics - this was not my first job, far from it.
Indeed is hands down the worst employer that I've ever worked for.
