Pros

I've been at Indeed for over 3 years now and in sales for 10 years total. Indeed is an 11 year old company looking to DOUBLE in size for the second year in a row.I truly enjoy working for a company whose mission it is to Help People Get Jobs every day of the week. Everyone, from our CEO, to our awesome HR people, to the newest person on the floor, bleeds Blue and Orange and would do anything to help their fellow Indeedians in any way they can. I am, at the end of the day, a salesperson, and I love that at Indeed, the harder you work, the more money you make. The opportunities for promotion and advancement are basically endless since we are looking to add thousands of new people to our organization. More teams are being created every day. There is no where else i' rather be if my goal is to make a great living alongside a bunch of amazing and really fun people.

Cons

The free lunch and free breakfast lines are way longer than they used to be!

Review for Non-engineer Position

Pros

1. Company culture, 2. Benefits, 3. Flexibility, 4. Smart and creative workmates (which tells a lot about Indeed notoriously being VERY picky in hiring), 5. Relatively-young people to work with, 6. Data-driven decision-making, 7. Senior management's effort to make everyone feels great working here.

Cons

1. Could have been better pay for the amount of work we're responsible for, 2. Treat your non-engineer employees equally. Don't make us feel like second-class citizens, 3. Watch out for middle-managers and their office politics.

Pros

Comp plan is great, unlimited potential. The environment is pretty easy-going, not you typical sales pit. The office is very relaxed, dress is casual and a full stocked kitchen. It's about as good as it get its aside from the Facebook and Google offices. The product is the best in its industry no doubt. You are given inbound leads and almost everyone knows Indeed's name, so selling isn't that difficult.

Cons

Leadership is slightly lacking, none of the managers or directors were hired from within Indeed and are all brand new. The people are great, but there's not a whole lot of energy and uniqueness to the business. Everyone kind of just does there own thing, granted most everyone is pretty friendly and willing to help out.
