Pros

The company is full of genuinely kind, smart, and talented people. Most teams are collaborative, and there’s a real focus on doing meaningful work that helps others. It’s a successful business with strong brand recognition, and the day-to-day culture is generally supportive and respectful.

Cons

There are long-standing structural and operational issues that hold the company back from being truly agile. Over the years, over hiring has led to duplicated workflows, unclear accountability, and a bloated org structure. This has made it difficult for teams to move fast and iterate effectively. The recent wave of layoffs and reorgs seems to be a correction of that, but it’s been tough on morale and clarity of direction.

Pros

There's literally nothing anymore. I used to love indeed, people and management were great, clear path for progression in terms of career growth, transparancy from upper management, we could agree with their visions and ideas and were on board to support the mission of helping people get jobs. This has all changed drastically in the last 2-3 years. We no longer "Help people get jobs" , we help our employees LOSE their jobs.

Cons

Everything. 2 batches of layoffs this year, one the year before, same the year before that. Starting to lose track. We've said goodbye to something like 3,000 colleagues if I'm not mistaken? Multiple reorgs in the last few years. Role's constantly changing, expectations are always in a grey area but you're still pressured to perform. We're in the process of training vendors and apparently they're not replacing us, but there's no plans for what we'll be doing once they're trained? 2+2 = lay off the experienced non vendor folks. There's no point in voicing concerns or feedback on something you may disagree with as management are very much "do what you're told". Better to allow them to make the mistakes you can see happening. You can show data and proof as to why they're wrong, but just do not waste your time as what they say goes. No one knows what's going on anymore in the majority of departments. We're seeing the impact of the reduced headcount already with my team, and stakeholders. There's little to no opportunity for growth, or increase in pay. I'm here 7 years, had 3 promotions, good yearly reviews and my wage has gone up around 10k. Goalposts are constantly moved in terms of promotions (which are non existant). Rug can be whipped out from underneath you. They took away wfh allowance pay, They took away the monthly "you" day we had off each month They took away the big summer and christmas partys No christmas bonus
