      Pros

      The everyday stuff is very relaxed. You have the right amount of freedom in your tasks. Co workers are very friendly.

      Cons

      Technically the engineering staff might be a bit behind. Some of their engineers have been doing the same things like doing maintenance on an existing program or product for 20 years.

      good people, great location, with stability and reliabilty and regret that I am no longer a part of there operation.

      Cons

      moved to New Jersey when I was living in Staten Island so I had not choice.
