Pros

Access to lots of learning tools Pleasant and helpful coworkers/team members Good mentors (if you can find the right one)

Cons

Poor management fixated on RTO (exceptions not made for regular employees, while some members of upper management did not ever work in the office) Bad office culture - office environment was loud (distracting for client calls), lack of access to conference rooms, unstable internet access. High quality/volume of work not factored in to career growth. Baton Rouge CIC felt like a sweatshop with embarrassingly low compensation and high turnover rate
