Pros
I work at the Design Studio in Böblingen, Germany and I mainly wanted to join because I knew already how great the design community in Böblingen is. There is so much to say but in summary: I feel I got welcomed in a big family, work and private life is integrated and well balanced and I feel like I have found friends for life within the doors of the studio. The design culture is lived and celebrated every day through different activities. It's implicit to say that I work with the best designers in here, some of these people have won multiple design awards with their work for IBM. Not only locally but globally design plays a big role in the company. IBM is the second firm globally (after Google) with the most employed designers. So it's safe to say that there's a lot to learn and a lot of people to learn from. New hires are taken care of and have to go through a 6-week-bootcamp called Patterns which is like a training that will give you all the right tools to start in the new job. IBM has even its own established Enterprise Design Thinking and that says already everything. The tech topics are complex but challenging. Your colleagues are there to help you though!

None! So far an amazing place to work. Of course you have to like the corporate environment.
