      Good place to get everything except salary increment

      1. Good place to have your work-life balance 2. You can learn new technology by Class trainings or online trainings. 3. Easy to create a bond here. 4. You will get new PoC to work through. 5. Manager are always helping us to grow. 6. Every members opinions are listened and acted upon. 7. Helps to grow professionally and personally. 8. Good for short term as you will grow knowledge wise but not financially.

      Cons

      1. No or very little hike. 2. Yearly Bonus are also very less compared to other companies. 3. There is no concept of HR. Everything is manager driven. 4. Not good for long term as you will grow knowledge wise but not financially.

      Great Pros, some points to improve

      Pros

      - The amount of training available is unbelievable, with a lot of internal platforms with complete courses, plus external sources like Udemy for every IBMer. - The culture is great, people are normally respectful and positive, there is a lot of focus on inclusion and diversity - work remotely - Management is often well prepared, as they participate in extensive testing and preparation

      Cons

      - Salary could be way better - Depending on your area of expertise, it is difficult to find good projects that are in line with the agreed career goals. - Project Instability on the consulting business. Not really IBM's fault (often Customers change direction, pause or cancel the project), but it is still a con when someone needs to change projects every couple of months. It does not seem to be a general thing, though.
