Pros
The organization has very deep pockets, and they provide a good opportunity for knowledge learning. There is tremendous importance placed on ensuring employees have the opportunity for training, both classroom and on-the-job. And cross-functional training is encouraged as well.
Cons
You need to be available 24/7, and the talk about work/life balance is just that - talk. While the training opportunities exist, utilization targets make them almost impossible to take advantage of.
