Pros
The environment is very good. All the colleagues and especially my supervisors are very cooperative. When I joined the company I was expecting tough times for me where I will be required to follow some predefined rules and schedules all the time. But here the best thing was, I was given freedom to choose and work on the project I like. I could give my own input to change the perspective of the ongoing project. Above all the behaviour of my supervisor was very encouraging for me and gave me much confidence during my starting days. I hope I am going to have some really exciting moments ahead.
Cons
Language barrier is the only negative I can think of right now. One must understand and speak German if he wants a good career here but naturally it is always difficult to learn a new language. Without German language it is almost impossible to find a permanent job here.
