We regret that you feel as though there was no work-life balance in your role as we strive to provide this to our employees as best we can considering the deadline-driven industry we work in. There are times where overtime is asked of employees, and overtime is paid out to eligible employees in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario.
