The software development work is a little dull (lots of legacy software), and the pay is below average for a Toronto software development role.

the line of business was actually interesting.

Cons

lack of support and no real training process. the bootleg trainer that was assigned to help spoke in a condescending tone and was in a complete different time zone, so most of the time you had to figure things out on your own. Just an overall horrible experience.
