Thank you for the positive review! Our compensation team works hard to assess the market to ensure our employees salaries are relative and fair. Given the pandemic has caused us to work remotely, we are happy to hear you think IBI has continued its great work environment and culture. Given the tight deadline-driven industry in which we work, there will be times when there might be an abundance of work where you might need to work longer hours to meet a submission.
