Pros

IBI Group is a good company overall... interesting projects, great people, good leadership. There's been a shift through the pandemic with a bigger focus on the little guy.. wellness initiatives, managers checking in and offering support like flex time, time off, etc. Going to be working remote for a while it seems like.

Cons

Pay could be better.. no RRSP match but were being told its coming.
