Pros

Remote work, decent benefits, and some people are truly amazing

Cons

It's a shame that the culture has gotten as bad as it has. Unfortunately they don't want to change. Instead they are okay with talent walking out the door. There needs to be a study on the number of women, especially brown and black women who have left the company and the people team doesn't need to to the study as they too have people dropping like flies. Someone needs to find out why people leaving. Too many leaders who have grown up in the company without being required to understand the work. They just move people around to teams they shouldn't be leading because they been there a long time and people know their name. This place is by far the worst place I've worked in a long time.

Pros

Health benefits are great and the product is intuitive.

Cons

- Management has eroded. Started at the top and has extended its way to the bottom. Rather than adjusting based on negative company-wide feedback from this department, they've doubled down. - Pay is not competitive. Expectations of the role have essentially doubled over the last 3-4 years with little to no change in compensation... Whats worse? The top level executives keep getting promotions. - KPI expectations have gotten to the point to where you cannot take vacation without being penalized... Want to take a week off next month? You'll need to complete 2 weeks worth of work on other days. Want to attend a DI&B session? expect to be stressed out about the calls you missed out on while you are trying to participate in a supposed company value. - Everyone is depressed. Burnout used to be an occasional part of the job and it was encouraged to recharge when necessary. Now every one of my colleagues is depressed and either talking about the unrelenting expectations or when we will lose our jobs while management doubles down on KPIs so they can be in the running for promotion. - Painfully obvious they are looking to replace the role with AI asap. Long term outlook is grim if you were looking to grow here.
