Community- people are nice Benefits- unlimited PTO Remote- 100% remote company

The last year has been rough. The company is headed in the wrong direction. If you are looking to be a customer success manager, don’t! People are quitting because of the extreme KPIs 80 Calls per month 76% of low usage customers must have a connected call 50% of your risky customers must be engaged On top of that, the raise CSMs got this year was less than 2% DO NOT APPLY TO BE A CSM.
