Amazing culture, the company puts a huge amount of effort into it and it clearly pays off. Some of the thinking around creating a world class culture is bleeding edge innovative. I'm impressed. I've worked in some great companies like LinkedIn and Microsoft and HubSpot is much further ahead in how it thinks about culture. Just check out HubSpot's culture deck and you'll see what I mean Great career opportunities, which they deliver on if your doing a good job. The company is in hyper-growth with great people, which is a real plus, the bar is high to get in and when you do, your learning from all around you. East coast HQ in Boston, which gives you some time back in the day compared to working with a west coast US firm.
