Pros

They walk the walk. The culture deck is clearly something that everyone in the company strives for, even if we're not perfect.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Honestly, I love working here. Here's why: 1) Company leadership is incredible. I have never worked at a company where I had such trust in executive leadership. They are transparent with our goals and current state and it is obvious that they are all scary smart. 2) The focus on culture is like no other company I know. HubSpot definitely cares about its employees. Google the culture code that we have if you'd like to get a glimpse. Dharmesh is such an awesome leader with this. 3) The employees are dedicated, smart, and just a ton of fun to be with. 4) The office (I work at the one in Cambridge) is super nice and conveniently located. There are a ton of perks too, including soda, free food, free beer, ping pong and other games, and the list goes on. 5) The product and customer work is great. It's downright fun working with a strong product. Working with customers, trying to grow their business, is very rewarding. Great, great place to work.

Cons

I don't have complaints yet. I'll be sure to update my review when I do, though.

Pros

I've been here under 3 years, and the size of the company has doubled. Twice. It's not a question of "Will there be opportunities for me to take on a new role?", but rather, "Which of the 3-6 interesting new roles available most interests me?" The benefits are great, and unlimited vacation is amazing (yes there are people who use it fully- taking a month or more at a time and still crushing their jobs), but the best part for me is the people. Yeah, the hiring process is selective, but totally worth it. Hiring managers do a fantastic job at finding intelligent, passionate people who consistently bring up the average. It would take something really drastic for me to consider leaving any time soon, but if the volume of Linkedin recruiting messages I've been getting is any indication, HubSpot will continue to do great things for me even then.

Cons

The entry level pay for services positions is not the best. I get that it's a case of supply and demand, but I hope that going forward we follow the example set by Google, Facebook and others to entice the very best applicants for every single position.
