Pros

Thoughtful and high level conversations with hiring managers and interviewers. Specific recruiter assigned and dedicated to your case. Comfortable interview process. Seriously the best interview process I've ever had.

Cons

For anyone who ends up getting hired this is not a con but the process is very involved and difficult. Come to every phone and in person interview ready to talk about HubSpot. Do you research!

Pros

Smart people, innovative policies and processes, always something new on the horizon. It's a winning team. You get to mix it up with many different types of roles (developers collaborating with marketers collaborating with services folks, collaborating with sales reps). Very strong brand in our industry. Feels like we're the Apple of marketing software industry.

Cons

Everything is fast. Shifting, changing. Growing team means growing complexity. Things slow down, things get lost in translation, departments inadvertantly working at cross ends. Don't get me wrong, nobody like it when they happens and people always are trying to work things out and work together. Alignment is a regular vocab word around here. The micro culture/work/status is not consistent across teams. But the macro culture is strong.

Pros

Incredible place to work. Full or start-up perks such as a gym, free food, flexible hours, team outings, and dozens of other great benefits. They also hire really talented people and encourage you to try new things which makes for a great learning environment.

Cons

Be prepared to get FAT! The amount of free food is kind of ridiculous.
