Pros

HubSpot is a great place to work! Working in a fast-paced tech start-up gives me the opportunity to learn something new each day, and tailor my goals/interests into a career path. Also, the culture is fantastic. Everyone is very supportive of each other, and always willing to share knowledge.

Cons

I cannot think of any!

Amazing place to work

Pros

I have worked in the software industry for a lot of years, in both startups and corporate. I joined HubSpot less than a year ago in Dublin and I literally pinch myself every day, as to how I got so lucky to join such an amazing company. I know it sounds a little unbelievable but there is no politics and everyone is hugely talented and interested in just doing a good job. In my experience of other corporates - that is not always the case. People are so friendly, supportive and generally fabulous (and fun) to work with. I don't think some of the younger employees, who haven't worked in other companies, realize how good they have it!

Cons

The company is focusing on diversity and this needs to continue - we need more grey hairs!

This was so beautifully articulated, thank you for taking the time to share it. I agree that there are a lot of folks at HubSpot who haven't worked elsewhere and thus don't appreciate the caliber of people we get to work with every day and the problems we get to tackle--that's a tough one to crack, but I agree with your push that attracting more candidates with experience will help that a lot. If you have specific ideas on age and experience diversity, I'd love to hear them if you're open to sharing them. In the meantime, thank you so much for your kind review and for all you do to help DubSpot thrive. I am deeply grateful. -Katie
