Pros

- Excellent salary - Extremely dynamic, fast growing company with a 'start-up' vibe - Excellent benefits (Excellent stock purchase plan, education allowance, free Kindle books, health insurance, dental plan, free breakfast and lunch, snacks, beer on tap etc. etc.) - Lots of passionate, smart people to learn from - Excellent platform team / technology stack - Everyone is incredibly friendly - people go out of their way to make you feel at home - No expense spared when it comes to - Very very transparent when it comes to business plans and progress, the management team go out of their way to give you the latest facts and figures from the Exec's - Lots of opportunity to advance your career I could honestly go on all day about the pro's......

Cons

- They heavily promote from within their own ranks so lots of first time managers, I don't have any negative experiences to speak of so far but it's a little risky - They allow you to run a personality test comparison with any current employee - I find this a little disturbing, people should be able to opt out

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to write about saving the free beer! All joking aside, appreciate the thoughtful review from DubSpot engineering and agree with a lot of your points outlined here. It's interesting that you find the DISC profile match-up creepy--I see it as an option that is helpful for some but not for others, but if you'd like to chat further about that one, totally open to the conversation. Most importantly, I love that you feel the effort we put into autonomy and transparency, and that you feel energized by your career growth option. Thanks for helping us build products our customers truly love, and look forward to seeing you next time I'm in Dublin! Sincerely, Katie
