Pros

Amazing place to grow your career, fantastic supports and team all round. Really at the forefront of marketing industry and proud to work there.

Cons

Could be handling the rapid growth a bit better. Get management in place and upskilled before teams grow too big rather than struggling to fill management roles once teams have grown.

Thank you for writing this review, and for helping HubSpot grow globally--we'll talk about complexity and ambiguity at the company meeting next week, so I hope it helps you feel supported there--you're right it's a flip side of autonomy. Thanks for being an important part of our team! -Katie

Pros

-huge degree of autonomy over your work. Employees are given a lot of latitude to tackle meaty challenges across the business and drive results. Given how quickly we're growing there's plenty of opportunity to make an impact -unlimited flexibility. This isn't a face-time culture, and employees are encouraged to find a schedule that works with their life -benefits are amazing. The health insurance offers great coverage, $5K annual tuition reimbursement for continuing education, and every employee is offered restricted stock as part of their compensation package -incredibly smart, driven, motivated people who constantly inspire their peers to do their best work

Cons

-feeling some growing pains that are totally characteristic of a scale-up: equipping front line managers with the tools and skills they need to successfully manage their teams, becoming more globally focused

Thanks for the thorough review, and for helping lead our team as we grow and scale. I love that you called out the health insurance and RSUs--sometimes a lot of focus goes on our perks, and our core benefits are truly amazing. Couldn't agree more on some of the growing pains side of things, we have some work to do, but we are getting there and will be talking more about this from DubSpot this week. Thanks for the review and for leading us into the next chapter in HubSpot's success! -Katie
