      Supportive and inclusive culture HubSpot fosters a truly inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. Diversity, equity, and belonging are more than just buzzwords here. Flexibility and autonomy The company offers great flexibility with remote work options and trusts employees to manage their time and responsibilities effectively.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to transition between departments While internal mobility is encouraged, navigating a move across departments can sometimes be difficult due to role availability or limited visibility into opportunities outside your immediate team.

      I am so grateful to work for a company that gives me space to care for myself and pursue the values and moments that matter to me. The people I work with are all around incredible — they are caring, helpful, and excellent in their roles. HubSpot does a great job embodying the values they say matter to them.

      Pros

      People at HubSpot are amazing, everyone´s always willing to help. Transparency is a core value and you can feel it in all the processes, tasks and relationships. We have a clear goal, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do to take us closer to the goal. In HubSpot, you can be yourself, and you feel like your job matters.

      Cons

      Sorry, I don´t have any cons I can share with you :( I´m just so happy to be a part of this incredible company.
