      Pros

      Honeywell offers new employees a supportive start with easy onboarding, provided equipment, and digital self-service tools for HR and IT. The culture encourages flexible hours, cost-saving virtual collaboration via Teams, and clear procedures backed by training, all within a stable, globally recognized organization. CORA PPM provides a centralized, configurable platform with strong executive dashboards, live Gantt views, and integrated financial/risk tracking.

      Cons

      Despite having documented procedures, Honeywell’s project execution often suffers from inconsistent implementation, particularly in critical project controls like schedule baselines and progress measurement systems. I have experience role overload, expected to simultaneously manage cost control, scheduling, and progress tracking without dedicated on-site schedulers—especially on mega projects where one planner may be stretched across multiple workstreams. This challenge is amplified by heavy compliance and reporting demands, making it difficult to maintain focus and efficiency in fast-paced project environments. CORA PPM scheduling engine lacks the depth of Primavera P6 or MS Project, performance lag, limited report customization, a steep administration learning curve, and weak native directory/task features for enterprise rollout.
