-none at the eastgate location -closes early since it’s in a mall -other associates are helpful

Cons

-they will expect you to do everything while giving you min. wage with min. hours as a part time employee (washroom cleaning, STORE cleaning-they made us part time employees broom the store after closing with large brooms, be trained in the whole store, run back and forth from cash to the warehouse or other corners of the store where they might have assigned you, pack furnitures or rugs and carry them out to customers cars and load them while customers stand back and expect you to do all the loading) - they also only give a few associated shifts on weeknights so expect to do everything on your own with no one willing to help you, just putting more workload on you - instead of hiring cleaners and washroom staff they will really try to make the most of the min wage they pay you and the limited hours they give you (but I didn’t mind minimum hours if it meant having less stress about this job)
