Pros

Great, eclectic range of stock. Regular customers who keep coming back. Friendly supportive management team.

Cons

More weekend than midweek hours for part-timers. Shifts that maximise work and minimise breaks spread over several days rather than fewer, longer days - but this is the norm across retail, I believe.
