- Discount - Easy to commute to - Some members of management team listen.

Cons

- Unsociable hours - Long shifts - Bad shift patterns - Management like to guilt associates into shifts. - Complete lack of organisation - Management expect too much. - Unwillingness to hire new staff to alleviate pressure in certain departments.

Discount Don't need to bother customers Customers are usually very nice

Cons

Expect you to work 6 days or 7 days straight with only one day off in between You have to wait till the end of the week to see what shifts your doing next week You would get asked to stay long after you've already done a 9 hour shift If working late shift you are not let out on time until everything is finsihed They expect you to do tasks within 10 or 15 minutes which is just not possible if your one person You are then asked to maintain various departments and merchandise everything and tidy all by yourself You are basically doing 4 people's job in one all for little amount of money No progression unless you suck up to management and make your life all about homesense and come in on your days off

The employee discount was good but other than that nothing.

Cons

Very low hours, the have no respect for your time. Sometimes you would be scheduled in only for them to tell you to leave after an hour working because it is slow.
