Pros

You can take breaks whenever you want, however long you want, as long as they don’t see you doing it, which is about the only thing they don’t micromanage unless you do it often.

Cons

As the headline says, the expectations are high and not only does the pay not justify the workload, the work environment is poor as it is dirty and dangerous (boxes of furniture are piled everywhere as working hours are cut while more furniture simultaneously gets sent to the store, resulting in an even higher workload) and there is no AC in the summer nor heating in the winter, and the warehouse is poorly ventilated. All in all, you can do the same work at different companies for higher pay and longer hours.
