Pros

There are lovely people who work at Homesense and with a large staff you can form connections with a variety of people. There are potlucks every now and then and committees you can join to feel like you are making a difference in the company.

Cons

Sporadic hours, and lack of guaranteed shifts. It can get very busy and stressful at times and you have to manage a range of tasks and duties while maintaining productivity on your core task.

Pay is ok but could be better Owings Mills clientele will put your customer service skills to the test.

- They give u good hours if its good location - Diversity - Always busy

Cons

- Depends on who managment is can be good work place enviroment or not - Minimum Wage for the amount of work - You will be doing lots of heavy lifting of furniture - Breaks are short
