Pros

You get to see what items and products come in each day - before the rush of ppl buy them immediately.

Cons

The discount is only 10% (doesn't cover tax in Ontario) Full Time Associates are quite bossy The training isn't very proper or up to date The management team are obsessed with hierarchy and power- always letting you know what you can and cannot do. Everything is run through by managers- you feel like your in kindergarden and everything has to get permission to do anything. You get in 'trouble' for putting anything in the wrong spot even when you weren't taught otherwise or it was already there in the first place. One manager in particular just always on your case- she is incredibly rude - I can not believe she speaks to ppl in this manner - she is definitely the reason why majority of PTers quit. Scheduling is always wrong.
