following week rota completed 2 days before Manager didn't let deputy manager or team leader do anything in the office side (when they could do it better)

Great family atmosphere, supportive management. Kind and considerate team. Real sense of camaraderie. Feel appreciated and valued as an employee.

Cons

Slow progression. Being slower half of business means restricted hours when not during peak periods. Overlooked and undervalued by TJX as they believe TK Maxx is the real money maker.
