The benefits are good for Coordinators for Dental, Medical and Glasses Some Store Managers are very good at creating a meaningful work environment Lots of positions available for ASM

Cons

The management is inconsistent/doesn't create a healthy work environment The store policy isn't set in stone so a lot of grey area Raises aren't much or really based on what you contribute The schedule is all over the place a lot of close opens
