Pros

Flexible Hours, great for someone in high school

Cons

I experienced microaggressions almost every shift. When I brought it up to management; nothing was done to remedy the situation. I had to quit in the end.

- A bit too laborious for me personally but overall great part time job

Inclusive, diverse, and modern. Great internal initiatives to help local communities and causes. Cares about staff and gives incentives to work hard. Great opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

Unavoidable aspects of working in retail are the worst part of the job. But overall, the pros outweigh the cons.
