Everyone is paid the same hourly rate Easy daily tasks

Cons

Management play favourites when creating the rota - I was constantly given midnight finishes every Friday and Saturday Management don't like you talking to other co-workers when on the shop floor Rota is given weekly meaning it is impossible to get a shift covered
