Cons

if your looking for more than 12 hours a week you may be out of luck. Part-timers' shifts are usually only about 4 hours and they tend to only give 2/3 shifts per week.

They kind of throw you in there without knowing what to do, and some employees have bad attitudes and manager usually side with them
