Pros

It was an overall good experience. Managers were pretty reasonable even after I made mistakes. Were also very accommodating when personal life issues occurred.

Cons

Only issue I had was how persistent they were with how many credit cards you got during the month. I get it since that’s a big part of their business but it was an annoyance.
