Great benefits. Good pay. Quarterly bonuses based on department performance. Overtime stipends.

Cons

Lots of favoritism in the Bloomfield location. Management barely works together and the supervisors are left to run the show essentially. Union environment makes holding associates accountable nearly impossible since associates are the union stewards. There are never impartial. Managers refuse sign off on write ups. So what power does the supervisor really have? Gossip culture. It's like a high school sitcom but its not funny and you have to work regularly with incompetent people.
