      Decent pay Flexibility with merchandising Being crossed trained in many areas Room for advancement Bonus 401k and good PTO structure Able to travel to another stores in area to help Enjoyed most managers in the district Company is growing rapidly

      THE MOST CRAZY GET CARDS PEOPLE EVER!!! Seriously they value you're ability to get people singed up to this stupid card over anything else. Basically if you can't get people signed up they don't give u hours. Even as a sales floor associate which is bs. On top of that they play favoritism out the *** putting only the ones that either a) sound good on paper with a bunch of hours just to find out they can't do it or b) just you the bare minimum of hours and expect you not to complain about it. In all honesty if you're looking for hours avoid this place like the plague.
