Pros

I had a lot of attention at Home Goods being the "Master" of "Master Packs." If you are nice and polite to co workers then you will be good working there.

Cons

They always tend to put new people doing the compactor which then makes them want to quit by what many co workers have told me. The employees come and go due to low pay and hard work. They expect way to much. The manager is all about money and no care shown for workers.

Pros

•Positive environment • Friendly coworkers • Flexible hours • If you accidentally do something wrong they don't yell at you. • Fun managers (except one)

Cons

• Some coworkers are gossipers • too much merchandise comes in • can get boring, especially if you are a processor in the back room. • Cell phones are not allowed on you • Work schedules are posted only in the brake room when they should be posted online for employees.

Pros

Pretty decent discount, friendly staff, easy retail job, simple pos system, easy to learn, fairly pleasant atmosphere, not much to do besides ring people up and fix up the store. Good for future references, not good for permanent positions

Cons

Favoritism, not many part time hours, the pay isn't all that great though and there's a lot of obnoxious housewives to deal with constantly that will frequently buy things then return them the same day. Some of the customers are very entitled and will be rude if you do not immediately accommodate them. Boring and tedious especially when it's slow. Also the systems are outdated
