      met wonderful people, learned how to run/manage a backroom in retail, most managers were a pleasure to work for

      Cons

      one bad manager ruins the environment and holds hours as a bargaining chip for doing the near impossible just because we're paid minimum wage, doesn't give management the right to treat us without respect
