Pros

They give us lots of breaks, decent pay.

Cons

Communication between management is awful, no one is on the same page, extremely unrealistic expectations, payroll cuts after grand opening.

Pros

Great co-workers even if there are age differences, very fun and lively. There is also a discount which could be used at the sister stores, TJMAXX and Marshalls. Great chance to improve customer service skills.

Cons

Rude management and customers. Very pushy on the cards, always hovering over employees and making it tough to engage with customers. Every 5-minute reminder of the benefits of the program provided by the company. You are on your feet and you do need to do some lifting.

Pros

The store is always busy so time goes fast. The Scheduling is very flexible. Perfect for a students or mom's with challenging availability.

Cons

Due to payroll budget, often not enough people working to cover entire store so as a result customers get annoyed.
