decent pay, decent time for lunch breaks, 2 breaks in between

Drama. Gossipy Management, literally to the point they bad mouth other employees to new managers, giving them an impression that the person is a bad employee, even if they're not there to defend themselves. Company refuses up pay regardless of inflation and regardless of the fact they aren't losing money.
