Management had Unrealistic goals for unloading the truck and was not accommodating for those with disabilities

I've worked here for a little over a year and management drove out 3 coordinators, 3 employees, and within the last 3 months, they change rules on us so many times we used to get 3 days to unload a truck no matter what size, and now its 2 and they expect us to open and unload 600 boxes in one day in 4 hours with only 4 people with people being called to do other jobs on top of it which we still get punished not to mention the pay sucked 14$/ hr. we used to get to listen to music to help us and now we get told no unless we hit 600 boxes, they punish us because they set unrealistic expectation not to mention the truck are a safety issue in itself they throw boxes in there like its nothing our location has at least 5 truck avalanches per truck. Also if you stay late to help too many times to help unload there is a chance you have to do it yourself. last time I was supposed to be out by 5:30 didn't get out till 8:30.
