Great discount, but other then that not really much to say.

Mangers are very unorganized and most employees aren't exactly happy to work there.

Only worked there for 3 days, position and hours I was hired for were different once I started working

Close to home. Thought the hours would work with my children's schedule.

Cons

Told me what hours were available for me to work which were great and then scheduled me for a totally difference time. Pay was terrible!

Pros

The best thing about HomeGoods is the ability to interact with the customers. By providing great customer service and helping them out you are sure to have a happy customer who will keep returning and buying from you. The work environment is friendly and usually non stressful. It's great job to get experience in a retail environment.

Cons

There's not many cons working for this retailer, the biggest being as a associate merchandiser you don't get many hours and you start out at minimum wage, and you don't work for commission.
